The experience
An elegant poolside brunch experience designed for unforgettable mornings. Made-to-order eggs, pancakes or waffles with toppings, pork bacon, avocado toast or slices, salmon toast, fresh pastries, deli selections, and seasonal fruits, all served beautifully on floating trays in your private pool.
The team arrives while you are still at the pool, finds the kitchen and sets the table. Plates come when the table is ready for them, not when a clock says so. Every plate is cooked with the discipline Brandon earned at Le Cordon Bleu and the Caribbean soul he has carried his whole life.
When they leave, the dishes are done, the counters are clean and the bins are out. You are still at the table.

- Do I choose the menu when I book?
- No. It is a set menu for the whole table: you book for your party and that is it. Our team confirms any simple choice with you, and upgrades can be added from your booking page.
- How many guests do I need?
- 4 or more. You can change the final count yourself in your booking page up to 72 hours before service.
- How long does it last?
- About 4 hours, from the team arriving to the kitchen being clean.
- What about allergies and dietary needs?
- Tell us when you book. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten and dairy free, nut and shellfish allergies and halal are all catered for, and the menu is adapted around your table before your event.
- When do I pay?
- Your proposal appears the moment you send your booking, on your own booking page and by email. Paying the deposit on it reserves your date; the balance is due shortly before your event. Nothing is charged when you send the request.

Very fantastic company and amazing group of Chefs!! We booked this company through my travel agent @SendtheJet and we received catering for a few days (breakfast and dinner). My favorite meal was my Birthday dinner by Mozes! He cooked an amazing steak dinner paired with steamed vegetables, Mac and cheese and truffle potatoes. I’ll miss their cooking when I leaveeee 🥹
