Floating Deluxe Brunch

The pinnacle of the BC Private Chef brunch experience. A luxurious spread served on floating trays in your private pool: made-to-order eggs, pancakes or waffles with toppings, pork bacon, avocado toast, salmon toast, fresh pastries, deli meats and cheeses, yogurt parfait, seasonal fruit platter, and two mimosas per person.

Chef Brandon uses only the freshest ingredients, sourced locally from Curaçao's markets and directly from trusted suppliers. Every plate is prepared with the same discipline he earned at Le Cordon Bleu, and the Caribbean soul he's carried his whole life.

On the day, the team arrives early to set up, handles all preparation and cooking, serves the evening, and cleans up completely before leaving. Your only job is to show up, relax and enjoy.
