The experience
This is the ultimate in private chef experiences: four courses served with precision and flow. From welcome bite to dessert, every detail is dialed in. Perfect for special occasions, final-night celebrations, or simply treating your group to something extraordinary.
The team arrives while you are still at the pool, finds the kitchen and sets the table. Plates come when the table is ready for them, not when a clock says so. Every plate is cooked with the discipline Brandon earned at Le Cordon Bleu and the Caribbean soul he has carried his whole life.
When they leave, the dishes are done, the counters are clean and the bins are out. You are still at the table.

Your menu, course by course
You book the experience first. No menu decisions today.
For every course your table picks from our menu and tells us how many of each dish. A table can have up to two different dishes in each course, say eight lobster bisques and two French onion soups. Sides are shared: a starch and a vegetable for the table.
Once your deposit is paid, you choose your menu online, course by course, from Chef Brandon's seasonal dishes. Every allergy and dietary need is looked after.
Allergies and dietary needs are adapted within the menu, and vegetarian and vegan dishes are on it too. Tell us once and the kitchen plans around them.

- Do I choose the menu when I book?
- No. You book the date and pay your deposit first. Then you choose your menu online, course by course, and Chef Brandon's team helps you perfect it.
- How many guests do I need?
- 4 or more. You can change the final count yourself in your booking page up to 72 hours before service.
- How long does it last?
- About 4 hours, from the team arriving to the kitchen being clean.
- What about allergies and dietary needs?
- Tell us when you book. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten and dairy free, nut and shellfish allergies and halal are all catered for, and the menu is adapted around your table before your event.
- When do I pay?
- Your proposal appears the moment you send your booking, on your own booking page and by email. Paying the deposit on it reserves your date; the balance is due shortly before your event. Nothing is charged when you send the request.

Very fantastic company and amazing group of Chefs!! We booked this company through my travel agent @SendtheJet and we received catering for a few days (breakfast and dinner). My favorite meal was my Birthday dinner by Mozes! He cooked an amazing steak dinner paired with steamed vegetables, Mac and cheese and truffle potatoes. I’ll miss their cooking when I leaveeee 🥹
