The Elevated Table is our most exclusive and intentional dining experience. Every course is crafted with the same Le Cordon Bleu discipline as our signature dinners, then layered with carefully dosed THC-infused components designed to enhance the senses and deepen the experience without overwhelming it. Chef Brandon works with each group in advance to understand preferences, tolerance, and dietary needs. Dosing is controlled, clearly communicated, and never a surprise. This is a grown-up, refined experience — not a party. It is a meal you will remember.
Chef Brandon uses only the freshest ingredients, sourced locally from Curaçao's markets and directly from trusted suppliers. Every plate is prepared with the same discipline he earned at Le Cordon Bleu, and the Caribbean soul he's carried his whole life.
On the day, the team arrives early to set up, handles all preparation and cooking, serves the evening, and cleans up completely before leaving. Your only job is to show up, relax and enjoy.
